FREE GUIDE: BUYING AND SELLING US-PROPERTIES

The process of buying and selling real estate in the United States differs drastically from real estate transactions in many other countries, and even between one US state to another.

Based on 28 years as a real estate market participant, Tobias Kaiser has written a short introductory guide "Buying and Selling Florida Real Estate". In case you don't feel like reading the free 20-page informational guide, but would like to increase your chances of a successful transaction, do follow these rules:

  • If you expect results, be loyal. Work with only one broker at a time and don't shop around if you expect to be treaded with respect and have an insider got to bat for you.
  • Put your cards on the table: define what you want, what your preferences are, and what you expect as the ideal result.
  • Never contact a seller or his broker on your own if you work with a Buyer's Broker.
  • Utilize professional advisors such as attorneys or tax advisors for all major questions.
  • Please remember: "When in Rome, do as the Romans do".
