WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

To receive current actual investment possibilities tailored to your criteria, you will be asked to supply two documents common in commercial US real estate transations:

• a Non-Circumvent/Confidentiality agreement (buyers only). Purpose: it establishes and defines the relationship between client and broker, confirms a client's agreement not to contact another real estate agent or a seller of a property s/he has received through Tobias Kaiser, and ensures that Tobias Kaiser gets paid the agreed-upon and earned commission when a client buys a property received through him. When due: before the clients receives property addresses or other identifiable property data.

• a Proof of Equity or Mortgage Pre-Approval. Purpose: a pre-approval (for financed transactions) or proof of equity (for cash purchases) ensures you receive only investment suggestions matching your budget and goals and qualifies you as a serious prospect. When due: before a buyer receives property addresses or other identifiable property data.
